Horrible Customer Service |

This site guarantees your order ships within 5 days. I ordered 2 dresses at $50 each on March 4th. Here it is March 14th and no sign of the dresses. After contacting them by phone and voicing my concern about shipment, he tried to belittle me by explaining to me that I ordered on Friday night when they were closed. They didnt place my order until Monday the 7th. He spoke over me every chance I tried to speak and he claimed to be the manager. He says that they guarantee 5 days and after that UPS is liable. I told him if I didnt receive my dresses by the 15th, I was calling back to demand a refund. He laughed and said they could only do a full refund if I returned the dresses. I will definitely need someone to explain to me how you return a package that you never received. This Customer Service Manager was very unprofessional, uncaring, and inconsiderate. I will NEVER order or recommend this site to anyone in the future. You will do better finding a local boutique!!
