The company was awesome to work with and shipped the order very quickly. I was on a time line for a wedding and ordered this and another dress a week before the wedding and we had it in 2 days. The customer service was great and very helpful in me with sizing. And the dress was adorable! The only thing I would change about the dress that I didn't care for were the artificial flowers being glued to the taffeta sash. I didn't like the color or quality of the flower, they looked cheap. But if they had stitched the flowers on, rather than glued them, or used better quality decorations (jewels, gemstones, broaches), it would have made it even more elegant. I had to make a few alterations to those and remove them.
