Shipping Policy
  Shipment Policy:

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Orders placed on or before 12:00pm Pacific Time is processed on the same day that the order was placed. Orders placed after 12:01pm will be processed on the next business day. Our business hours are Monday - Friday between 10 am to 4 pm, Pacific Time. Most orders will leave our shipping office within 3 days of receiving the order; however, if an item that you order is unavailable for immediate shipment, we will contact you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order.


How do you handle lost/stolen package?
All shipment from us are fully insured, so once a package is lost we open up and investigation with either USPS, and once the investigation is over (Usually 3-5 business days). We either reship the lost/stolen package, or give you full refund. Lost/Stolen investigation with USPS usually takes 3-5 business days.

Do you require someone to sign for the package?
No, we do not require a signature unless you contact us to let us know before shipping. However, USPS does reserve the right to obtain one if they feel that they are not able to leave the package on a secure location (i.e.: dog, rain, close proximity to a lot of foot traffic). To request signature, please submit a ticket in the Shipping Department.

Return Policy / Return Process
  Return Policy:

It is our hope and desire that you are completely satisfied by your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes there is a need for a RETURN or EXCHANGE.

If you do, it’s SIMPLE:

1. Email us at cottoncandydress@gmail.com to request a “RMA” NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 7 days of receiving your order. We MUST receive an email request within 7 days of receiving the merchandise; otherwise, the return request will NOT be accepted.  

2. Once you receive a response from us and are given a “RMA” number, write the given RMA number on the outside of the box you will be using to return the item(s) and send to:

3. THAT’S IT! Simple!

PLEASE REMEMBER:

• There is 20% restocking fee for each item that is returned.
• Size exchanges are allowed ONE TIME ONLY. If you wish to simply make a size exchange, the 20% restocking fee will be waived.
• All shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.
• All returned/exchanged items MUST be in new, unaltered, and unused condition.
               o Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
               o Hang-tag intact, on hanger, and wrinkle free.
               o No odors or scent (ie. Smoking odor, excessive perfume)
               o We appreciate proper packaging and handling of return products


We do not accept return item(s) for exchange, refund, nor store credit 30 calendar days after delivery of the product we shipped.

AFTER 30 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE, RETURNED ITEM SHALL/WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  CUSTOMER WHO CHOOSES TO RETURN THE ITEM WILL DO AT HIS/HER OWN WILL.  UPON RETURN DELIVERY ATTEMPT, PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK TO THE SENDER (BUYER)  AT SENDER (BUYER) OWN EXPENSE.
