Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
  Shipment Policy:

All orders are processed the same day, and shipped within next 2-3 business days.  Order placed on or before 12:00pm Pacific Time, is processed on the same day order is placed.  Order placed after 12:01pm or later, processing will occur on the very next business day.  Our business hours are Monday - Friday between 11 am to 4 pm, Pacific Time Zone. All shipment will leave our warehouse within 3 business days after your order has been processed. Unless they are Back-ordered item, if your order item is not available to ship.  We will notify to your email with back-order status.  Please contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order. After your order has been processed we are not able to cancel.

How do you handle lost/stolen package?
All shipment from us are fully insured, so once a package is lost we open up and investigation with either USPS, and once the investigation is over (Usually 3-5 business days).  We either reship the lost/stolen package, or give you full refund.  Lost/Stolen investigation with USPS usually takes 3-5 business days.

Do you require someone to sign for the package?
No, we do not require a signature unless you contact us to let us know before shipping. However, USPS does reserve the right to obtain one if they feel that they are not able to leave the package on a secure location (i.e.: dog, rain, close proximity to a lot of foot traffic). To request signature, please submit a ticket in the Shipping Department.

Original sales receipt must accompany returns. No Exception. You may print sales receipt, sent to your email at the time of purchase. Or Log Into your account to print. Click here to access your account. Also you will need RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization Number). You may request RMA number within 30 calendar days from the date your package has been delivered.   We do not accept returns item(s) for exchange, refund, nor store credit 30 calendar days after delivery date of the product we shipped.

  At our sole discretion item purchased from us and returned within 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange at no further cost (does not apply to free shipping item) or 100% store credit, including shipping you paid. Refund if requested will be minus shipping and handling. For free shipping orders, shipping cost for original shipment will be calculated and will be deducted from your refund. There will be a 35% restocking fee (no exception), please understand for processing of your order if for a refund, we need to pay bank fees, Our employees for the service, and shipping charge from our carriers are not refunded back to us. However the portion 35% restocking fee we deduct will be given to you in a form of a store credit so when you decide to come back to us and make purchase you will not loose any money. Which you may use at anytime, or transfer to anyone in a form of a gift card.

  All returned item(s) must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". You are entitled for exchange of an order once. You may not request refund, store credit, nor exchange after receiving an exchange item from us. You agree that from the point you received an exchange no further service and product will be given from My Cotton Candy Dress, Inc.

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. Hang-tag intact, on hanger, and wrinkle free.We appreciate proper packaging and handling of return products. We will not accept used or worn out box to return the item. If return item is packaged in a large envelope we will refuse your return shipment and you will need to inspect the item before sending back to us.
  • Returned within 30 calendar days from delivery date (after 30 days no refund, no exchange, and no store credit is allowed) must not be a special order, a custom order, or special sales item.
  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy at the time period other than that 30 calendar days noted in that item's  particular item description.  If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us send "return item ticket", from our website.
  • Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. All return item must accompany original packing slip and return form.  Click here to Download Return Form.
  • All return labels has to be purchased from us online. No exception. All return merchandize shipping label purchased on your own. Will be refused, sent back to you. And we are not responsible for the additional costs that have occurred. You may purchase online from our store, USPS Return Label. At no cost added. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive returned item in our possession. There is a 35% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged, or requested for store credit.  Again you Must contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store for a refund.  Items returned to us WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs even if seller is at fault.  We will authorize only the full return costs to customer credit card.  If we find out that it is truly our fault, Authorized amount will be canceled.  However if it is customers who is in fault, we will capture funds without notice.

AFTER 30 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE, RETURNED ITEM SHALL/WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  CUSTOMER WHO CHOOSES TO RETURN THE ITEM AT HIS/HER OWN WILL.  UPON RETURN DELIVERY ATTEMPT, PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK TO THE SENDER (BUYER).  AT SENDER (BUYER) OWN EXPENSE.
